We want to understand what's happening between us instead of continuing the same patterns.
We want to feel like partners again, not just two people trying to get through life together.
We want a relationship where we can be honest, vulnerable, and still feel safe with each other.
How you reach for each other and what happens when closeness feels difficult.
Recurring disagreements and the responses that keep a conversation going in circles.
Room to talk about affection, closeness, and exploring sexuality with respect for both partners.
Feeling heard, sharing needs, and making time for the relationship amid daily responsibilities.
Jazmine's approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Both partners' perspectives belong in the conversation, including what each of you values about the relationship. She draws on EFT, which looks at the feelings and needs beneath reactions, and the Gottman Method, which supports conversations about conflict and connection. Attachment-based work considers how you seek closeness and protect yourselves.
This is LGBTQIA+-affirming care for couples. A systemic and decolonizing approach also considers the family, culture, identities, and environments around your relationship. The focus is on understanding what happens between you rather than deciding which partner is the problem. Your relationship does not need to fit one model of what a couple should look like.
Space to see the cycles beneath recurring conflict and what each partner is asking for.
Room for connection, affection, and shared understanding so partnership is not another responsibility to manage.
Space to express needs and have hard conversations where both partners can feel heard and safe.
