Understand What Happens Between You

Relationships and Attachment

The ways we reach for connection, protect ourselves, and respond to distance often have a story. Therapy can help make those patterns visible and create room for a different response.

What This Can Feel Like

  • The same patterns keep showing up with partners, family, or friends.
  • Conversations return to conflict instead of the connection you want.
  • You have feelings about closeness that you cannot quite put into words.
  • Parts of your relationship story feel difficult to untangle.

How We Work With It

The pattern has a context. So do the people in it.

Jazmine looks at relationship patterns with you, making room for what each connection means and what feels hard within it. Attachment-based ideas consider how early experiences influence the ways you reach for people now. EFT ideas give attention to the emotions underneath a familiar exchange. These are ways of understanding the conversation, not promises of a particular result. The work can include expressing needs, intimacy, and exploring sexuality where those concerns fit the service you choose.

Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with attention to the ways you already connect as well as recurring conflict. Systemic and decolonizing work considers your family, culture, identities, and environment alongside the relationship itself. Care is LGBTQIA+-affirming. You can discuss patterns with partners, family, or friends without treating those relationships as separate from the rest of your life. You and Jazmine decide together what needs attention and how to pace that conversation.

What Can Shift

  • Notice the patterns that show up across your relationships, with partners, family, and friends.
  • Understand how attachment and early experiences shape the way you reach for connection.
  • Practice expressing needs in ways that feel honest and still feel safe.
