01

Jazmine works with adults, teens, couples, and families with teen or adult children. Services include individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, family therapy, and teen therapy. All are offered by telehealth across Maryland.

02

Is the Practice LGBTQIA+-Affirming?

Yes. Jazmine’s practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming. Her systemic and decolonizing approach makes room for culture, identity, and lived experience, with attention to how relationships, families, and environments shape what clients bring to therapy.

03

What Happens During a Consultation?

The consultation is a free 15-minute consultation by phone before a first therapy session. You can share what you are looking for and talk with Jazmine about whether working together feels like a fit. It is separate from a 50-minute therapy session.

04

How Do I Request a Consultation?

Use the request form on the Contact page to request a consultation. Jazmine personally reviews requests and confirms a time.

05

What if I Am Not Sure Which Service Fits?

You can discuss that during the free consultation. Share what brought you here, including whether you are looking for support on your own, with a partner, or as a family. You do not have to choose a service before that conversation.
