Some out-of-network plans reimburse part of the cost. Ask your plan whether your benefits include reimbursement for the service you are considering; a superbill does not guarantee payment.
Your plan can explain how to submit a superbill, what information it needs, and how it determines any reimbursement. Check those details before counting on money coming back.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee. For private-pay clients, the fee is the full session rate. For insurance-based clients, the fee is $100.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your health care will cost. Additional information will be provided before care begins.
