Your Responses Have Context
Complex Trauma
Complex experiences can shape how you relate to yourself, other people, rest, safety, and change. Therapy offers room to understand those patterns with care rather than judgment.

What This Can Feel Like
- There are parts of your story that feel difficult to untangle.
- You carry emotions you cannot quite name.
- You push through instead of giving yourself room to feel.
- Patterns in relationships bring you back to experiences you want to understand.
How We Work With It
The go-to therapist for complex trauma, relationship patterns, and the parts of your story that feel difficult to untangle.
Jazmine supports women processing complex trauma, with attention to the person living with those experiences now. The work is collaborative and strengths-based: you can talk about what feels difficult as well as the ways you have kept going. You and Jazmine set the pace together. There is no requirement to make your story neat or to explain every part of it before you can begin discussing what brings you to therapy.
A systemic and decolonizing approach looks at your experiences in the context of relationships, family, culture, and environment. Rather than treating every response as an individual problem, Jazmine makes room for the circumstances around it. Care is LGBTQIA+-affirming. Conversations can connect past experiences with present feelings and relationship patterns, without reducing you to what happened. The focus remains on understanding what you need and what you want to give attention to.
