What This Can Feel Like
- You are figuring out what matters beyond other people’s expectations.
- Relationships are changing alongside your sense of self.
- Career or life changes bring feelings you cannot quite name.
- You want room to explore identity and sexuality without every answer.
How We Work With It
You can have questions without a finished answer.
Jazmine works warmly and collaboratively with adults, making room for questions rather than asking you to decide immediately what comes next. A strengths-based approach includes what you already know about yourself and the ways you have kept going. You can bring identity, sexuality, relationships, or a life transition into the conversation. These concerns do not need to be separate, and you do not need a finished explanation before asking about therapy.
Her systemic and decolonizing approach considers culture, family, relationships, and environment. Expectations can affect the way you think about work, connection, or who you should become. Care is LGBTQIA+-affirming. Narrative therapy considers the stories you have learned about yourself; solution-focused work looks at what you want to be different and what already helps. You and Jazmine set the pace together as you discuss what feels uncertain and what still matters.
Room for What You Bring
Individual therapy is for adults exploring these concerns on their own. You may be considering how a career change fits your life, how relationships affect your identity, or what connection to yourself means now. There is room to discuss those connections.
