Relationships

Friendships, family, and the connections that shape your day.

Life Transitions

Changes in your life and the feelings that come with them.

Complex Experiences

Room to talk about how difficult experiences affect you now.

Understanding your feelings and exploring a stronger sense of self.

How Jazmine Works Here

Jazmine works collaboratively with teens, with warmth and attention to your strengths. You do not need to sound a certain way to talk. Narrative work looks at the stories you have learned about yourself; solution-focused work considers what you want to be different and what already helps in your daily life.

Her systemic and decolonizing approach considers family, relationships, culture, school, and the environments around you. It does not treat every difficulty as something you should solve alone. Care is LGBTQIA+-affirming, with room for questions about identity. Attachment-based work looks at how experiences of connection affect relationships, including how you ask for support or respond when closeness feels hard.

What Can Shift

  • Space to name feelings and build an understanding of what is happening inside.

  • Room to explore confidence, identity, and a stronger sense of self without having every answer.

  • Space to talk about relationships and consider ways of expressing what you need.
